SECURITY ASSOCIATE

Ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests and team by maintaining a secure and well-monitored environment. Uphold the highest standards of vigilance, professionalism, and discretion across all areas of the hotel

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and property at all times
  • Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises including public areas, guest floors, parking areas, and back-of-house
  • Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities immediately
  • Control access points and verify identification where necessary
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or guests’ concerns in a calm and professional manner
  • Assist in enforcing hotel policies, rules, and regulations
  • Prepare daily security reports and incident documentation
  • Work closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure a safe guest experience
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in security or hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Physically fit and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Strong observation skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Manage the hotel’s financial operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Oversee accounting processes, reporting, and compliance while supporting the financial health of the organization

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and schedules
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Ensure timely invoicing, billing, and collection of payments
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and statutory regulations
  • Support Finance Manager in daily accounting operations
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in accounting (hospitality experience is an advantage)
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
